The essentials

  • Nawori is for adults only.
  • Consent is the rule for everything that happens on Nawori and at its events. Respect other people's limits, online and in person.
  • No nudity outside the private album and conversations, no scams, no paid sexual services, no harassment, and never reveal anyone's identity outside the app.
  • You keep ownership of what you post; you only allow us to display it so that Nawori can work.
  • Events are run by their organisers, not by Nawori.
  • Nawori is free. You can leave whenever you want by deleting your account.

1. Who we are

Nawori is a mobile app and a website (nawori.app) published by Alexandre Blause, self-employed sole trader, trading as Skelapps (company number (CBE) being assigned), established at rue de l'Hospice Communal 92, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium ("Nawori", "we", "us"). Contact: support@nawori.app.

Nawori brings the local kink scene together: events, venues, classes, member profiles, a community feed, messaging and introductions.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating your account, you accept these terms and confirm that you have read the privacy policy. They form the contract between you and Nawori. If you do not agree, do not use Nawori.

3. Who can use Nawori

  • You must be an adult. We ask for your year of birth: the year you give must be at least 19 years before the current year, so that no minor gets through. A refused year blocks sign-up until the following 1 January. Lying about your age leads to the account being deleted.
  • One account per person, for your personal use. You do not create an account for someone else, and you do not pretend to be someone else.
  • You cannot come back if your account has been suspended for breaching these terms, unless we agree.

4. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, with a passkey or with Apple: there is no password. You are responsible for access to your email and your phone. If you think someone is using your account, write to us.

You choose a username: avoid your real name. Some roles (organiser, venue manager, teacher) are approved by our team, never self-declared.

5. Community rules

On Nawori and at the events announced on it:

  1. Consent first. You respect the limits that others show or express. A "yes" on a profile is never consent to a practice: consent is given in person, and it can be withdrawn at any time.
  2. Adults only. No content involving or suggesting a minor, in any form.
  3. No nudity or explicit sexual content outside the private album and conversations: not in a profile photo, not in a post, a comment or an event. In the private album, nudity is allowed: only your own, or that of a person who consented to it; never a minor; no violence, nothing illegal, nothing for sale or promotion. A nude photo is only seen by members you have opened your album to and who chose to see sensitive photos (the setting to see sensitive photos, which also applies to conversations). In a conversation, a sensitive photo may only be sent to someone who has chosen to receive them, and never without their agreement.
  4. Never reveal anyone. You do not share outside Nawori another member's identity, photos, messages or attendance at an event. No screenshots of an ephemeral photo.
  5. No harassment, threats, hate or discrimination. An ignored spank is an answer.
  6. No scams, spam or fake profiles: no requests for money, cryptocurrency or gift cards, no commercial solicitation. Announcing a paid event, class or workshop is neither a request for money nor solicitation; promoting it through unsolicited mass messages still is.
  7. No paid sexual services. You do not offer or seek sexual services, or a meeting, in exchange for money, a gift or any other benefit: no escorting, no professional domination sessions, no meetings arranged for compensation (sugar dating). The price of an event, class or workshop pays for the event, never for access to a person.
  8. No illegal content, and no infringement of other people's rights (photos you do not own the rights to, a third party's privacy).
  9. No misuse of the service: no automated collection, no getting around limits, blocks or moderation, no attempts to access other people's data.

6. What you post

You keep ownership of your photos, texts and other content. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, adapt (crop, re-encode) and display them, for the sole purpose of running Nawori, according to the visibility settings you choose. Public venues and events may also appear on the public pages of the nawori.app website.

This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what remains after deletion (see the privacy policy, section 8) and for technical copies until they are erased.

You guarantee that you have the right to post what you post, and the agreement of any recognisable people in your photos.

7. Events, venues and organisers

Events are posted and run by their organisers, under their sole responsibility: venue, safety, compliance with the law, event rules, selection of participants. Nawori provides the tool (listing, registration, ticket, scanner) but does not organise the event and is not present at it.

By registering, you accept the rules set by the organiser. The organiser can approve or refuse your registration, and refuse you entry according to their rules.

The organiser undertakes to describe their event honestly, to respect the law and these terms, and to use participants' data only for the event.

8. Moderation

We moderate content to enforce these terms and the law. In practice:

  • Before publication, photos and texts meant for other members are checked automatically, on your phone and then on our server (see the privacy policy, section 10). Refused content is not published; you can ask from the app, within 6 months, for a person on the team to review it.
  • When something is reported, our team reviews the reported content or profile, including a private message. Everything can be reported: profile, post, comment, event, message, photo.
  • The possible measures are a warning, removal of the content and suspension of the account. Each decision is taken by a person on the team, with reasons, and notified to the person concerned; the person who made the report is informed of the decision.
  • Appeals: you can challenge a decision that concerns you, or the rejection of your report, from the app, within 6 months. A person on the team reviews it again.
  • Trust score: an internal score limits the number of spanks and words you can send each day, to protect members from mass solicitation.

In case of a serious breach (content involving a minor, threats, violence, scams), we may suspend an account without prior warning, and report the facts to the authorities.

You can also settle a dispute over a moderation decision before an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act, or before the courts.

9. Free of charge

Nawori is free. If paid features appear, their terms will be shown to you before any payment, and the basic features will stay free.

10. Availability of the service

We do our best to keep Nawori working, but we do not guarantee a service free of interruptions or errors. We may change, suspend or stop a feature; if we shut Nawori down, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to export your data.

11. Liability

You are responsible for what you post, your exchanges and your meetings. Nawori does not verify members' identity and cannot guarantee how they behave: be careful, meet in a public place first, tell someone close to you, and report any worrying behaviour.

We are liable for damage caused by our fault, within the limits allowed by law. We are not liable for content posted by members, which we remove as soon as we become aware that it is illegal, nor for events run by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits our liability in case of fraud, gross negligence or personal injury, nor the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

12. Leaving Nawori, suspension

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete my account. Deletion is permanent; what remains is described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend your account if you breach these terms or the law, as set out in section 8. You are given the reasons for the decision and you can challenge it.

13. Changes

We may change these terms, for example for a new feature or a legal obligation. For a significant change, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect and, if the law requires it, we will ask you to accept them again. If you refuse, you can delete your account. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.

In case of a dispute, write to us first: we will look for an amicable solution. You can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsumer.be). Failing that, the competent courts are those designated by law; as a consumer, you can always bring a case before the courts of the place where you live.
